The Carson case gets a tentative decision, not the one the defendants wanted.

Esquinazi files an appeal—one with two typos I’ve found so far—on a case he should lose.

Walmart discloses some more, a blinding glimpse of the obvious, that they’re expanding the investigation.  The situation brings in more talking heads on FCPA stuff, including The Donald.
